Whether we call them vendors, "huxters", exhibitors, or dealers, the aim of this room is the same - bringing
fans access to great science fiction fantasy-related merchandise in one convenient location.
If you are interested in vending at ICON, please email Dealers below with the number of tables you are interested in and and what kind of merchandise you sell; the coordinator will verify your table reservation, and send you an application/contract. Applications MUST be returned with payment by September 1, 2018.
Dealer tables (does NOT include memberships): $50 each.
If you are not going to anything at ICON other than the dealers room you currently do not have to buy an ICON membership, however if you want to attend ICON programming (including the Wylde Nept concert, Con Suite, room parties, etc) you must purchase a membership.
Electricity is available for an extra $50.
Frequently Asked Questions
Tables are 6' long and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis; the number of tables per dealer may be limited if necessary.
We do our best to accommodate configuration requests like wall space, corners, etc., within the confines of the laws of physics. Please list these requests on your application.
Dealer room public hours will be Friday 2-6, Saturday 10-6, Sunday 10-3.

You can fill out the Dealers Contract Form and pay via PayPal online by clicking on Dealers Only Table(s).
If you are *ONLY* going to the dealers room you do not need to purchase a registration however if you want to attend any programming, the con suite, Wylde Nept, Masquerade, Chocolate Ceremony, etc you do need to purchase a registration.
